Upon registering we will send you the following: a disk or flash drive to copy the photos, instructions on how to copy your photos and an order form. Once the copy is made, simply send the media with your photos to zookie using the envelope we'll include which is pre-paid for sending via US Mail.

Tip: When copying your photos to the disk, make sure you are transferring the HIGH resolution files and that they are jpeg photos, and not a video. Average minimum pixel dimensions of a high-res photo is about 2400-3500. The minimum size for the average hi-res photo is about 2-2.5 MB, or 2,000-2,500 KB.

The zookie team will select the photos for you (at no additional cost for the first 1,000 photos and $.05 per image thereafter). We know that the process of sorting through hundreds and thousands of photos can be time-consuming (and is the #1 reason why albums don’t get made), so we do it for you.

Once we receive your disk and you tell us how many photos you’d like in your album, our designers will pre-select the best photos for your album. From there, our designers will email you a link with two tabs. One tab includes the photos our designers selected for your album. The other tab includes the remaining photos you submitted to us. We’ll get about 90% of the photos right. You’ll get to review the selected photos and can easily delete photos you don’t want or add photos you want. This way, you get to finalize the photos that go into your album!

About 2 weeks after we receive the photos, our designers will email you the design. The email links to a virtual flipbook for your review. This feature allows you to view your design just like an album, page-by-page, with some nice music in the background!

If you love your design as is, you simply click “approve”. Once approved, you complete your order, pay the remaining balance and your album gets created.

If you would like to make some changes to your design, you are brought to a window that allows you to submit revisions per page spread.* Once your revisions are submitted, our designers will make the changes within a few days. The same review and approval process occurs per each round of revisions until approved.

*For albums with 50-90 photos, you receive 2 free revisions.**
For albums with 91-130 photos, you receive 3 free revisions.
For albums with 131-160 photos, you receive 4 free revisions.
Each additional page spread revision beyond the complimentary amount stated above costs $10.

**A revision consists of anytime our designers make any changes to a page spread. For example, on pages 4-5, you might want to move around all 4 photos and change the background color, which would count as only one revision. However, if you wanted to change a photo on pages 4-5 and make a photo on pages 6-7 larger, that would count as two revisions.
