| 1. | How many revisions am I allowed? |
| As many as you would like, but keep in mind the additional charges after the initial few that are free – see next FAQ.
| 2. | How much do revisions cost? |
| For albums with 50-90 photos, you can make up to 2 revisions at no cost. For albums with 91-130 photos, you can make up to 3 revisions at no cost. For albums with 131-160 photos, you can make up to 4 revisions at no cost. Each revision after that is $10. A revision consists of making one or more minor adjustments to an existing page design. (e.g. you can change all 4 photos on page spread 4-5 and the background color and that will count as just one revision. But if you wanted to change one photo on page spread 4-5 and change the background color on 6-7, that would count as two revisions.)
| 3. | What if I don't like the design and/or am not interested in ordering an album? |
| You may cancel your order. The $150 deposit will not be refunded, but you will receive the high resolution JPG files of the completed design.
| 4. | How long do I have to approve the design? |
| There is no time restriction on the approval process. You will be sent a friendly reminder e-mail every few days until we hear back from you.
| 5. | What is the difference between the Classic and Modern designs? |
| The “Classic” design style offers clean lines and warm color accents. Using white space and simple strokes, our “Classic” design is truly timeless and lets the emotions captured in the photos tell your story. The “Modern” design is an upbeat style, offering a bit more pizzazz. Using colored and detailed backgrounds, more graphic effects and less “white space”, this design is clean and fun at the same time.
| 6. | Do I have any input in the design? |
| Yes. We provide a “comments box” so you can communicate with our designers specific things you want (or do not want) in your design, such as your favorite photos you’d like larger, or the photo you’d like on your cover.

| 40. | Should I put my photos in order of how I would like to see them? |
| If you are sending a disk, this does not apply to you. If you selected the images yourself and are uploading them directly, you’ll be asked if you’ve sequenced your images when uploading them. It will help our designers to know if your images are already in sequence. However, you do not have to sequence them before uploading.
| 41. | Can I get parent albums individually or do I have to order them in sets? |
| The Parent Albums are available in sets of 2, with the exception that you can order a single 8x8. (6x6 and 4x4 are not sold individually).
| 42. | Do the frames come with the designed spread already in it or do I provide the image? |
| The Frames will come ready to be displayed with the photos already assembled. All you would have to do is unpack the carton and hang them on your wall!

| 47. | How do I copy my photos to a flashdrive? |
| Click here for step-by-step instructions on how to copy photos to a flash drive
| 48. | How many photos should I put in my album? |
| The average album has 100-110 photos. You can select anywhere from 50 to 160 photos.
| 49. | Will you check my photo quality when designing the album? |
| Yes, our designers will make sure your photos are high quality enough to print clearly in our albums.
| 50. | How do I submit my photos to you? |
| You will send a copy of your disk to zookie. Upon registering, zookie will mail you a pre-paid postage package with a disk, disk envelope and instructions on how to copy your disk to make it easy for you to submit your disk back to zookie. If you have already selected your photos, you can upload them directly to your zookie account.
| 51. | Should I select the photos before sending them to zookie? |
| You can, but we do not recommend it as selecting your photos is a very time-consuming process. Selection of up to 1,000 photos is included in the zookie service so our designers can do it for you.
| 52. | Do I get to review the photos zookie selects before zookie designs my album? |
| Yes. Once our designers select your photos, you will be sent a link to our selection tool. This feature allows you to review the photos the designer selected, along with the rest of your photos. You’ll be able to add or delete any photos you’d like in your album.
| 53. | Can I upload non-professional photos that were just taken with my camera? |
| Yes, but it is not recommended. Uploading non-professional photos can lead to pixilated or fuzzy photos. Non-professional photos also cannot be made larger, so there is less flexibility for the placement of these in your album design. Lastly, if that photo appears on the same page as other photos, they may appear different.
| 54. | Do they have to be digital photos? |
| Yes, your photos must be digital. We do not accept physical photos.
| 55. | How much color correction is done to my photos? |
