"I am not exaggerating when I say that zookie was EXACTLY what I was looking for in a wedding album site. I was unhappy with the company my photographer was using so I searched online for a different option. I was so excited when I found zookie! What I liked most about the process was that the Bride can be involved as little or as much as she wants to be. Skilled designers could arrange my collection of photos for me! Communication was a breeze, I was able to contact a representative by phone or e-mail without the hassle of automated messaging systems or endless games of phone tag. After registering with the company, I was assigned my very own designer who contacted me directly about the layout of my album and remained in constant communication with me throughout the design process. The turn-over time between when I sent in my picture files and when I received an e-mail with my virtual album was astounding- SO QUICK. After I approved the design, I had the albums on my doorstep in just over a week! Many of my friends have waited up to a YEAR for their wedding albums! I cannot recommend this company enough- I was so pleased with everything from the customer service and design to the albums themselves! I was even able to order 2 smaller, duplicate albums for our parents. We now have beautiful albums to share with family and friends!"
